Barrett Ward — known onstage as UNWISE OWLS— is an Army veteran, teacher, poet, and rock band leader whose first love will always be Folk. He’s played stages from NYC and Brooklyn to Denver, and even carried his music to far-flung audiences in Korea and Iraq. Those miles show up in his work: weathered, curious, and quietly fierce.
